Lather a hazelnut-sized amount of shampoo with water in your hands. Gently massage it into wet hair and the scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Apply a walnut-sized amount of conditioner to damp hair and scalp, and rinse thoroughly after 2–3 minutes.

1. Briefly dry the surfaces of your teeth before use.
